During the week you’ll find me:

Working hard at the Life Ready Midland clinic, spending quality time with my wife and big family, at the gym foam rolling my glutes and on the bosu ball, at Bunnings, keeping up to date with the AFL and A-League results.

How are you looking after your one life and one body?

Gym three times per week, kicking a soccer ball somewhere, attempting 3 different healthy dinner recipes per week, relaxing on Sunday.

What’s your favourite way to exercise?

Gym and soccer

What’s your daily go-to health habit?

I have a routine of at least doing 45 minutes of exercise a day in one shape or form

What’s your current health goal?

Current goal is to reduce my weight before the next soccer season and increase my core stability and leg strength to handle those hard tackles.

How do you relax?

Going for a walk and talk session with my wife, watching the tv series “suits” and “game of thrones”

What motivates you to be healthy?

My family has a history of heart disease and diabetes, I plan to keep my body healthy so I can prevent these conditions from affecting me down the track.

Also being a physiotherapist, look after our bodies by “doing as we say”. I feel I can give my clients great confidence to achieve their health and wellness goals by sharing some good personal tips.
