During the week you’ll find me:

I live in South Perth and work at Life Ready South Perth. I love being so close to the river and take any opportunity to get outdoors and soak up the sunshine. I exercise daily (between the gym and outdoors by the South Perth foreshore).

How are you looking after your one life and one body?

Exercise and healthy eating, I can’t get enough! I love getting down to the foreshore and going for long distance runs. I do break up the runs with Pilates, Yoga and Resistance Training to keep my body flexible and strong, but running is definitely my true passion especially in the gorgeous Perth weather.

What’s your favourite way to exercise?

Running outdoors (you’ll never see me on a treadmill!)

What’s your daily go-to health habit?

Plenty of sleep (no less than 8 hours a night), daily exercise and clean eating.

What’s your current health goal?

I have just completed my first half marathon, which gave me a great sense of achievement. I hope to do a few more before maybe looking at going for the full distance in the next couple of years.

How do you relax?

Running, Pilates, Yoga, Music and the Beach.

What motivates you to be healthy?

I feel incredible after exercise or after eating a good, clean meal. I love how much more energised I feel when I am on track with my healthy exercise and eating plans. As a Physio I see so many injuries develop from not exercising or from poor health choices. We only have one body and one life and we have to look after and make the most of it!
