During the week you’ll find me:
At the Life Ready Inglewood clinic teaching Pilates or treating patients, then usually squeezing in a workout before or after hours.
How are you looking after your one life and one body?
I try to live a heathy lifestyle, making sure I’m keeping fit, eating well and getting outdoors!
What’s your favourite way to exercise?
I love Pilates, functional gym training and running.
What’s your daily go-to health habit?
To try and exercise in some form everyday.
What’s your current health goal?
To be able to do free standing handstands-I’m working on that upper body strength!
How do you relax?
Going for a walk along the beach or catching up with friends.
What motivates you to be healthy?
That feeling you get after a workout when you’ve achieved something you couldn’t do yesterday!
