How are you looking after your one life and one body?
I am increasing my levels of physical activity trying out different forms of team and individual exercise.
What’s your favourite way to exercise?
My favourite way to exercise is to have a varied routine in both indoor and outdoor settings. My currents favourites are; running, Pilates, indoor soccer and walking.
What’s your daily go-to health habit?
My morning walks to help relax and get my mind ready for a busy day in the clinic plus, indulging in a cup of coffee.
What’s your current health goal?
My current health goal is to take better care of myself by reducing my days of physical inactivity.
How do you relax?
I like to relax socialising with friends which usually involves a coffee or two…
What motivates you to be healthy?
I am motivated by the desire to have a healthy body and mind to help maximise my quality of life.
