I work at the Life Ready Yokine. I also go to the gym most days and Spanish classes once a week.

Look after my body at the gym. Look after my belly with good foods and look after my mind with physio study and Spanish classes.
What’s your favourite way to exercise?
Gym. Dabbled in Muy Thai for a while. I’m too busy being a physio for Muy Thai
What’s your daily go-to health habit?
Physical exercise is the key to health and well-being! Also sleep is good.

How do you relax?
I listen to music (mostly Bob Dylan) and play guitar.
What motivates you to be healthy?
