During the week you’ll find me:
Entertaining my toddler, studying towards my Masters of Continence and Women’s Health Physiotherapy and working at Life Ready Yokine.
How are you looking after your one life and one body?
I find that relaxation is so important in my life balance. I go to yoga class once per week and practice regularly at home. I also do some guided meditation each day to wind down at bedtime.
What’s your favourite way to exercise?
As mentioned above, I love my yoga but I also love running.
What’s your daily go-to health habit?
Getting to bed early so I’m ready to ‘get up and go’ early.
What’s your current health goal?
I would love to do a half marathon in the future but that is probably at least 6-12 months away for me at the moment.
How do you relax?
Knitting – I love to knit clothing for my children (2.5yo and bub due in November), yoga and meditation.
What motivates you to be healthy?
I grew up in a very health conscious family so living a healthy lifestyle is almost second nature to me. I want to provide the same environment for my own children to grow up
